At Sahara Biltong, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. While all sales of food products are generally final, we understand that things can go wrong during shipping—and we're here to make it right when they do.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement. To qualify:

  • • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • • Send clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to [email protected].
  • • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll process your refund or arrange a replacement promptly.
